Purchased item via walmart and I never received the item.It was shipped to a different state then returned to sender then they refunded my money without my permission.

I begged them to send the item to me for it was a gift for my granddaughter. They blocked their email and I am very disappointed. Per tracking the item has been returned to them...they have the item but will not ship it to me.

I have been told that they have the right to do whatever they want with their item.I truly believe they realized this was a hot item for Christmas and sold it to someone else for a higher price.....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: This company is a scam.
