Another PISSED OFF customer from Amazing Villa/WALMART
I order a Koi Pond pump through Walmart.com. It was less expensive than the others I priced.
When the paperwork came threw it said Amazing Villa. I used it for about 3 months and now it doesn't work. WALMART will not do anything about it. All I have is their telephone # 909-918-**** it's a Logistics co.
in California. I cant understand the entire name of the company. I've called many times and just get a answering machine. I've called Walmart back to speak to a Teir 2 manager and he said there is nothing they can do.
I though WALMART would have checked out their vendors. My box does not even have a manufactures name on it, just some symbols.
This cost over $125.00. now I must buy another one.

beware research all orders made over the enternet using the vendor named AMAZING VILLA they have no actual means of contacting a customer service representative i have literally tried for 2 STRAIGHT days to contact them in regards to my order i have emailed them called the number which was a female recorded message about some logistics company leave a message or dial an extension of someone there then i left numerous messages they are not even listed in the business section in California where there company is suppose to be at ive looked on the better business sight and they dont even have it listed as a company ive called information no listings website only lists vacation villas nothing about this so called amazing villa as a vendor for walmart ive contacted the walmart corporate office in bentonvill arkansas and filled a complaint they assured me that they would look into this company what bothers me is they have my card number now im going to have to have it changed

Within 24 hours of posting a complaint on POC, I was surprised to suddenly receive an email from Walmart overnight stating that the refund had been made to the credit card claiming the refund had been made at the time the seller had cancelled the order after their postal blunder, which was not the case. I checked the credit card account and low and behild the refund was now showing in the account activities.
So be what it may...thanks to POC Walmart finally got involved and got the vender to make good on the refund. I think the vender has also been dropped by walmart because the product I ordered from them was omitted from the website. I ordered the exact same item through my Amazon Prime account and had no issues with the company I purchased it from and of course avoided ordering again from the Walmart vender who also has listings for this item on Amazon. I am happy and relieved that Walmart got involved.
I have bought many times items from Wayfair and other companies who have partnered with Walmart with no issues so this incident having been resolved will not effect my confidence in buying from venders through Walmart. Thank you Walmart!!

Never received product - total SCAM
Recently I ordered a doll from them for Christmas through Walmart marketplace. I was given a tracking number through the Walmart order page.
This tracking showed delivered a few days later to an address I've never heard of in a different state! I emailed Amazing Villa and was told shipping info to be coming soon??? Later I received an email that had a new tracking number (Walmart page still has the original wrong one) and this number showed delivered to my address. Problem being, it was not delivered, I never received the product!
I've emailed three times now to request a refund and despite Walmart's guarantee that marketplace vendors will respond within 1 business day... its been a few and have heard nothing. I don't understand how Walmart allows this vendor to continue selling under their name????
I would NEVER order from AMAZING VILLA, and possibly not even any other marketplace vendor. They do not seem to have a good screening process or customer service involvement to guarantee a good experience.

I was like you very upset at not receiving two separate shipments. Tried calling and emailing vendor with no response.
Contacted walmart and they no how i felt after verbal conversation.
But then i sent a note to walmart.csv@***.com and walmart stepped forward and immediately started the process of returning back to me money paid out to vender. Try this link and send them a email with order number and a simple explaination

Never received the Christmas present I ordered for my Granddaughter
I ordered an AquaDoodle Mat with Neon Colors. Never received it and tried to contact the company for two days with no luck.
Walmart told me I have to deal with Amazing Villa. Very disappointed . On the paperwork I printed out from Walmart, It said I would get confirmation of my order in a few days. I don't know what else to say.
I feel I was scammed. I spent 50.00 on this present that my Granddaughter really wanted and I did not have it for her on Christmas morning. No explanation, no gift, out 50.00 and a lot of aggravation.
I will spread the word on this corrupt company and tell people never to order from them! I have contacted my local Walmart and told them how disappointed I was!

Ordered product from Walmart.com and found out that it was shipped from Amazing Villa. I received the product and it didn’t work.
I tried to return to Walmart but they said I have to return it to Amazing Villa. Their site says to be approved for return before returning. Nobody answered the phone when I call and nobody returns my emails.
This company is a scam and I’m highly disappointed that Walmart would use this company. I refuse to shop at Walmart ever again after this experience.

When I received tracking info, it's a UPS number for a package shipped 12/3 and delivered to Pennsylvania. I live in Louisiana! 2 attempts to contact, both with promises that I would be contacted within 24 hours.
If nothing by tomorrow, I'm disputing charges with my credit card company. I would expect Wal-Mart to do a better job of screening their marketplace sellers.
